Danish-designed custom magnets for all needs

The magnets are made of NdFeB, which is a very powerful material. The special construction makes it a winner in collecting foreign objects – especially thin wire. They pick up everything from tire wire and nails to sharp iron objects. The magnets ensure that foreign objects do not end up in the animals’ feed.

Agrimagnets’ product fits 95% of all vertical mixers on the market. If your vertical mixer does not fit, we also customize and install magnets in special solutions.

Knife plate magnet

The knife plate magnet is placed at the bottom of the auger, making it easily accessible through a feeding hatch.. This eliminates the need to crawl into the feed mixer to empty the magnet of metal residues. With this placement, a specific amount of feed in the mixer is not required, as it works optimally even with smaller amounts. It is mounted in existing knife holes.

Top plate magnet

The top plate magnet is specially designed to fit Kongskilde feed wagons and is installed in the existing bolt holes at the top of the auger. It is the cheaper alternativ to the knife plate magnet.
